Event Details:

Santa Claus is coming to town! Join the jolly man himself on November 30 at the Paradise Double Ice Complex for a tasty brunch and some holiday photos. Santa will be on-site from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and has requested that we break down the day into four sessions:

• Session 1 - 8:30 a.m.
• Session 2 - 10:10 a.m.
• Session 3 - 11:50 a.m.
• Session 4 - 1:30 p.m.

Each session will have 30 tables available (a maximum of six individuals per table). Admission is $40 per table, and only full tables can be purchased, individual tickets and / or tables less than six individuals are not available. Admission includes brunch (pancakes, sausages, yogurt, coffee / tea, and juice) and two photos with Santa (Santa has allotted 2 ½ minutes per child, naughty or nice). Due to Santa’s busy schedule, no refunds will be issued, and time slots will be strictly adhered to.

Due to popular demand, the registration process in done in four phases based on time slots for the brunch, and is available to Paradise residents first. Registration will open at 9:00 a.m. on the following days.

Phase 1: November 19 - 8:30 a.m. time slot
Phase 2: November 20 - 10:10 a.m. time slot
Phase 3: November 21 - 11:50 a.m. time slot
Phase 4: November 22 - 1:30 p.m. time slot

Tickets are only available online through the Town’s Recreation Portal and only one table can be purchased per account. Please do not make numerous accounts to try to get tickets as it will hinder equal chances for all. (Santa’s watching.) If you need help, please visit our Creating a Public Access Account webpage. 

If you are unable to secure a table, please put your name on the waitlist. Tickets can be picked up at the Paradise Double Ice Complex on Tuesday, November 26, and a photo ID must be presented to pick up tickets. Your ticket will indicate the brunch sessions and table number.

On the day of, you must present the ticket at the door; only those with a ticket will be permitted to enter the session. Please note, that the Town does not provide highchairs, therefore, if your child requires a baby seat or chair, you will be required to bring one (it will count as a spot at your table).

If you have a food allergy, please advise staff as they can accommodate fresh fruit and cereal, to switch out with one of the main foods.
